Due a catastrophic equipment failure email services are operating at a reduced capability.
Emails are coming into the server, however the web interface and third party email handling software are not working.
Effective Immediately: New Outgoing Server Settings for your valp.net email accounts
This will affect everyone who is utilizing an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, webmail, etc) and anyone who has implemented their valp.net email on a wireless device (such as a smart phone or ipad, etc). The new settings will be as follows:
Incoming server settings: mail.valp.net
Do not Use SSL security
Email: (FULL EMAIL ADDRESS)
Outgoing server settings: mail.valp.net Port 110
Do not use SSL Security
Requires authorization or password
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience. This implementation is the only way to resolve the ongoing trouble we’ve had with sending emails from within these client programs.

.ORG is up as of the 3rd of OCT

These are the settings to use SSL. We will leave the other settings in place for 30 days so, that everyone has a chance to switch to the new settings.
