Early in the morning 5am on 27 Feb 19, we will conducting maintenance on the CMTS(cable modem termination system). This will effect about 1/3 of the city’s internet connection between 5am and 6:30am. After completing the maintenance internet should return to normal. If for some reason this does not happen, you might need to power cycle your cable modem and wait to see if it gets the new channels.
