Hello,

Okaloosa County has initiated a Comprehensive Operations Analysis (COA) of the Emerald Coast (EC) Rider transit system. The central objective of this effort is to improve transit operations, increase the ridership of residents and tourists, and offer a robust experience for the service area.

As a part of the analysis, it is essential to engage local partners and stakeholders throughout the planning process to make sure we accurately capture the community’s vision and needs for the transit system.

Attached, you will find the EC Rider Transit System Ridership Survey, ready to print and share with your patrons. The survey is now open and will close on Friday, July 14th at 5:00 pm CDT. If you would like to send the survey via email, please find the survey linked here.

Also attached, is the EC Rider COA social media kit in a zip file that includes social media graphics and captions. You can also simply repost the Okaloosa County post on the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor platforms.  If you have any questions about the overall analysis or need an alternate method to share the ridership survey, please let me know.
