Select Tools from the top menu, and Options from the drop down list.
# Select Web Features from the left menu.
# Click on Add Site.
# Enter in the site you wish to allow pop-ups from, and click OK
# Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional sites. When you're finished, click OK
