The Cooperative partnership serves residents of Okaloosa County with free public library services through the support and teamwork of the County and six municipal libraries: Crestview Public Library, Destin Library, Fort Walton Beach Library, Mary Esther Library, Niceville Library and Valparaiso Community Library.
The City of Valparaiso offers some of the most beautiful parks in Okaloosa County and a variety of events. Downtown Valparaiso has the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida which houses artifacts, textiles, and documents pertaining to local and regional history.
